THE FAMILY HOME COMMUNITY PROJECT The Family Home Community Project is under the oversight of Worldwide Missions Outreach Ministries based in London the United Kingdom. Worldwide Missions Outreach Ministries regularly support Family Home Community Project but face difficulties to meet the homeless needs.The Family Home Community Project, based in Doncaster, have established and understood the main causes of homelessness by critically evaluate performance on homelessness prevention.We use a wide range of consultation methods to inform the strategy and to seek the views of service users, stakeholders and staff. We also set smart targets and generate a plan with short, medium and long term objectives. We finally ensure the strategy links firmly with other strategies to give a coordinated approach to tackling homelessness both corporately and in partnership with other agencies.
OUR ACTIONS We currently have in place a feeding homeless program. It involves providing meals to the hungry and needy in Doncaster 6 days a week; but also being listening to them and giving them advices. Our work there is orchestrate by Marie on the left pictures she also run our charity shop. OUR GOALS To support them in their reinsertion: Provide English lessons, IT courses and start a rehabilitation program. To have more volunteers and raise funds: receive help in order to provide two services per day 6 days a week and to create a room in/next to the present building to give them a shelter and shower if needed.
